The location is excellent. It made exploring easy. The staff were cute and spoke english fluently. The room was clean and well-designed. It had everything i needed. i really appreciated the overall experience.
I found the walls thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms sometimes.

the room featured a spacious layout with a comfortable bed and modern decor. i appreciated the inclusion of a rainfall shower and separate vanity area. ample lighting and storage space were also available. a safe was also present.

the staff was friendly and helpful the design of the hotel felt modern and stylish i found the location to be excellent with many attractions within walking distance the coffee shop downstairs was a convenient addition with very good options
the walls were thin and noise from neighboring rooms was sometimes noticeable it was a minor inconvenience though

the hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of major sights the bus station is also easily accessible and a short ride away the convenience made exploring easy

the reception staff were very helpful with directions and local restaurant recommendations they allowed luggage storage before check in which was convenient for exploring immediately the check out process was efficient

the room was small a standard double room felt cramped. i asked for extra coffee capsules, but the request wasn't fulfilled promptly i had to ask again. the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor it was a bit of a slip hazard

Totally Awesome Stay!

Everything looked fantastic! The staff helped us check in early at 3 AM with NO issues. That was GREAT!!! they provided a really convenient spot to keep our luggage safe and sound, even after we checked out. This made exploring the city easy.
My room was a bit too dark and also narrow. The windows faced an indoor patio or reception area.

The hotel sits in a quiet pedestrian shopping street. The cathedral is only 10 minutes away. It is also just 15 minutes from the Alcazar.

The staff was very kind. The staff offered to book a taxi for me. The taxi was on time for my early ride.

I didn't book breakfast. They also did not offer it. The hotel is near many bars and a fantastic Italian restaurant is only five minutes away.

The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked well. Shower gel, shampoo, and soap were provided. There was a hairdryer available for use too.
